Site Manager – Hugs Cafe at My Possibilities

Manage the operation and staff of the Hugs Café located at My Possibilities. Supervises all activities with staff and job coaches in accordance with established procedures, policies, and standards. Responsible for maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, consistency, health, and safety for our guests.  

Hugs Training Academy Instructor

The Training Academy Instructor role of Hugs Training Academy serves the mission of Hugs Café Inc. supporting the Program Manager with the instruction of our students. This person serves alongside other Hugs Training Academy staff and volunteers to provide a loving, safe, and quality learning environment for the students of Hugs Training Academy.

Cafe Associate
