Licensing Partner

Bring the Hugs Training Academy curriculum to you! Hugs Cafe Inc now offers licensing of our training program to qualified entities that share our goal of equitable opportunities for people of all abilities. This 12-week culinary training program, in partnership with the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, teaches both hard and soft skills needed to enter the hospitality industry.

Hugs Cafe Inc is able to offer culinary training expertise through our highly sought-after mentorship program. With years of combined leadership experience in disability services and advocacy, we can provide support to organizations that are looking to bring inclusive hiring and meaningful employment to their city and community. Our leadership team will work closely with you to develop a high-quality model that combines our secrets of success with your organization’s vision.

Our model is the nationwide gold standard in culinary training for folks with disabilities and we are frequently asked when we will be replicating Hugs Cafe in other communities.
