Now Hiring for a Hugs Cafe Facilitator!

Hugs Cafe Facilitator position is responsible for assisting with kitchen operations; including food production, catering, food safety and sanitation. This position will be responsible for assisting Café Managers as needed. They will oversee the production team staff as well as job coaches during the shift. Production team produces food for the café as well as jams and pretzels for retail.

They will provide mentorship to all mission-based employees, support employees in growth and development and ensure that employees are involved in skill-level appropriate tasks. Direct experience not required. Loving our mission is a must!
