The Hugs Cafe Chef position is responsible for overseeing the Hugs Cafe menu and kitchen operations, including food production, catering, food safety and sanitation. This position will also be responsible for managing the food cost fluctuations within current recipes and provide cost saving suggestions.

The Hugs Cafe Chef will manage and provide leadership to all BOH kitchen staff and job coaches. Chef will support employees in growth and development ensuring that employees are involved in skill-level appropriate tasks.
